I am however now writing very passive-aggressive emails to the store that - and I'm not using this word lightly - is trying to gaslight me that they sent my order duties paid, when I have the waybill that says they didn't
I don't know what's going on anymore, y'all
After many days and exchanged emails, I finally have my package!! I'm still not entirely sure who was in the wrong (either dhl or the customs if you ask me), but I didn't have to pay any fees, after all 🎉
