However, who will be watching them to ensure *that's* actually "independent" of those in a govt already packed not only w/ *climate sceptics*, but *also* those who are derisory of Councils *and* H&S issues.
- I simply don't trust wolves to carry this out with a great degree of confidence given their own messages around "doing the basics well" has simultaneously scuttled fundamentals that enabled Councils to even DO those — on top of which they're full of "business could sort this best in future" types.
