when my 3yo hugs me and says “mijn papaatje”, i am so flooded with love it’s hard to care about anything else right there and then. but moments later, that love radiates into the rest of my life; to aspire to be kind to myself and others, to make art, to be a friend, to listen, to care.
i try hard to keep my posts here about game development; and this is part of that too. the rollercoaster that is my life inspires and motivates me to work with people and make games and feel things and make experiences where other people feel things —maybe even just a shimmer of that love, you know?
