I listened to the first fifteen minutes out of pure curiosity. She says the Epstein stuff happened in the "liminal space" before his crimes were widely understood (she does some throat clearing about the 2008 charges being opaque to most people) and before norms on age of consent shifted. :-/

When we look at how the past was we shouldn’t consider that people in the past thought this behavior was worth criminalizing, but what other elite peers ostracized them or not.
I was alive in 2008, and the norms of consent still said teenagers are children!
