View full threadSupport say it's usually cuz it's been dropped, anti fraud measure. It hasn't been dropped (recently) & happened when a customer was inputting their pin. Lol I think it'd just old and dead. They're sending me a free replacement and they want this one back. I hope the stickers make them laugh.
