Some (more) good news: Our annual letter (below) shared that we saw more jobs in 25 than 24 after 2 years of declines. We're only a few days in & I'm absolutely knocking on wood rn, but January is up 53% YoY so far! If there's light at the end of this tunnel, it just got brighter.
