Plant-only eaters who follow the advice given in the documentary Forks Over Knives. We eat all whole plants, no oil, no ultra-processed foods, low salt & sugar, whole grains not refined. If we want Olive oil we eat the olive. if we want orange juice we eat the orange. WHOLE and FOOD are the keys.
