- Thanks to A71VV for the 20m SSB Q last night. Great to visit Doha agn via RF. Trio of 7300, KPA1500, Hexbeam up 32' continues to bust pileups. :)
- From 2010(ish), along with Curt, WR5J, in foreground, and me in the background pointing at something, we are introducing kids to amateur radio field day. He and I (and few others) have been members of Seattle Auxiliary Comm (ACS) since 1998. Always great to inspire young people to get on the air! :)
- Just as a reminder -- get your spare parts now.
- Big thanks to Elecraft for the firmware & client software updates for the KPA1500. Now can auto tune / manage 32 antennas selections, among other features. Built like a tank. One of the best amps on the market. None are perfect. Elecraft support is excellent.
