- I am among those who still don’t get it.
- Wrong on two counts. First, we have to make sure the people are safe—not ICE agents. ICE agents have shown they cannot behave while masked. So off go the masks. Second, there is no credible reports of any unmasked federal agents being harmed because they were identifiable.
- Alito and Kavanaugh are in the mold of Rehnquist. They are conservatives with a flexible view towards doctrine to achieve conservative results. Alito is more conservative than Kavanaugh. Neither are originalists.

- Usually, it’s the inverse—the early mail-in vote skews Dem and then Election Day votes help the GOP. So I guess we should reverse all those GOP wins? More to the point: if you can’t prove it, you can’t “fix” it, and your “solution” is just vote-rigging with a phony pretext.
- Impeachment is his destiny. His alpha and omega. His essence. His je ne sais quoi. The line of designer fragrances he is uniquely suited to endorse could also bear but one name: “Impeachment”
- Whenever he says crazy stuff about becoming a dictator, there should be a deafening chorus of impeachment calls from Dems. Normalize the impeachment conversation.
