Before we can drive we HAVE to pass a test to show we know the rules of the road as well as how to operate a vehicle, so why can someone be POTUS or be in Congress & NOT even KNOW what's IN the Constitution which THEY SWEAR to UPHOLD? This NEEDS to CHANGE!
