- small exchange i had in here a few days ago left some thoughts bubbling that i wanna express but i don't want to make it seem like i'm trying to stir shit up lol
- fuckit people like contrast in their art. something that fuses cute with ugliness is not necessarily trying to be ironic but can just as easily be a product of appreciation and love for both, not someone rubbing their hands and going "mwahaha FUCK this cutesy wholesome SHIT >:D".

- similarly there's people who snub their nose the moment any sort of extreme metal features clean singing or heavy use of melody and treat it as a sort of antithesis to the genre, but i think you can definitely find beauty in something that looks ugly on the surface www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zyvu...
