- All of us Telegram users here in Spain have just received a message from its owner--Pavel Durov--excoriating Spain's legal proposal to age-limit access to massive socmedia sites. I disagree with all of Durov's libertarian arguments. Section 230 (or equivalent) has to go.
- Section 230 made sense when people used bulletin boards hosted on their university's servers to hang out, but now our forums are owned and run by white supremacist billionaires it's time to bin it. Let them take legal responsibility for the bullshit they host on their platforms.
