I've decided to use some sick leave to take an hour off 3 days pw to go to hydrotherapy and work on muscle toning. So lucky to work in a flexible environment.

- There was a time diverse groups could gather online and discuss stuff without outright rancour. I used to be in a 'debate' groups with fundie Xians, conservatives, socialists, LGBTQ+ reps, US veterans, people from several continents, and we argued a LOT and had a LOT of fun, even learned some stuff.
