- This is true! Where am I on Super Bowl Sunday? At the movies, ignoring online discourse about the game (and worse, commercials) and letting those people enjoy themselves. Worst case is a restaurant is maybe a little *too* understaffed, but even then, it’s quieter.
- “But what if the restaurant has a TV playing a game??” That sounds like a *bar*, not a real restaurant. And if it had a TV I wouldn’t be going anyway.
- There are also the indie theaters that play the Super Bowl on the big screen (mine did), but that’d be in an entirely different auditorium from me watching my delectable junkfood January horror
