- Interesting case on jury misconduct from New South Wales: R v Tembeleski (No2) [2024] NWSDC 504. Jury discharged after a juror brought a Law dictionary into the jury room & no other juror raised the judge's direction not to conduct research. www.caselaw.nsw.gov.au/decision/192...
