Final verdict on texturing in Mari: my condolences to film industry folks. My biggest sympathies to you all.
But hey, I got some texture maps out of the ordeal, and slapping them onto the jar in Maya made it look all purty.

Fun project overall, but the fact that we constructed the brain by pulling individual verts around with Soft Select? Jinkies. 😬 I think I've become a hard surface convert.
