- Good morning everyone, I'm taking today off from this site so no doomscrolling for today or this week. I encourage you all to do the same if you need it. Step away from social media, play a game you want, do some streaming, read a book, do some cooking, etc. Given recent news I think we need it rn
- I understand there are people out there who need to keep up with current news. But not when it comes at the cost of your mental, emotional and physical health. It becomes self-harm if you're just doomscrolling like you're punching/bashing a brick wall. It won't help and it'll just hurt you a lot.
- Okay so starting from now to tomorrow and potentially going forward. No more social media and I'm gonna start putting more timers on myself.
- I'll still make posts abt what I'm feeling like but I am going to limit my screen time A LOT. I want to focus on finishing the remaining steps of starting as a VTuber and going from there. I hope you all understand.
