- My Wii U came in today, I won the jackpot, it's a 32gb white model that's exclusive to japan and I only payed $108 for it, and it came with the stylus still intact!
- Nintendo over here with the defibrilator trying to jumpstart Splatoon 3 for a second run with these past few updates now that the Switch 2 is out so they don't have to make a Splatoon 4.
- Seriously though, my biggest takeaway from this update is that they are far from done with this game, and more third kits are likely if not outright confirmed to happen in a later update. The only thing that needs to happen is for the splatfest printer to awaken, and then we're just running it back.
- Adulting fucking sucks man. I have a great paying job, 0 bills to pay cause my grandparents let me live without rent so long as I have a job and can pay for my car and any extras I want, and yet a good few of the adults in my life expect me to drop my hobby of collecting game consoles/memorabilia
- Just because I need to save up. Save up for what? An apartment? Maybe it's been on the list. A car? My car is fine for the most part. The transmission is questionable, but I'm not exactly hot rodding around. I pay for my own gas and car insurance and fully own my car. I'm even currently ahead on my
- insurance currently and don't need to make a payment until the 8th of next month. So why would I just drop one of the few things that brings me joy when I have almost no reason to? Makes no sense. I'm just trying to be happy and enjoy the things I want to in life.

- I got Splatoon, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, New Super Mario Bros. U + New Super Luigi U, Nintendoland, and Monster Hunter: Generations today for about $23 at my local gamestop. Mind you, that's with a warranty on every game so I can get my money back easier if one or more of them doesn't work.
- I confirmed MHG works today, but I need to wait until my Wii U comes later this week to check the rest. I'm slightly concerned for NSMBU and Nintendoland cause I saw possible disc rot when I checked them with a flashlight, but, that's what the warranty is for, until then we'll just have to see.
- I brought Luna to Paldea cause shiny Lunala is REALLLLLLLY pretty in that game and realized how much more I prefer the cartoony styles of SWSH and Z-A over the realistic style of Scarlet and Violet.
- I have been hunting this shiny for the past 5 years now, and today, it happened. I'm genuinely shaking so hard, I cannot believe that this has finally arrived. Not only is this THE dream shiny that I've wanted for so long, but it's got my NATURE GUESS! Welcome home Luna, it's so good to have you.
- My Wii really has become king of the dongles with this one chat. HDMI converter for a clearer picture via 480p rather than 480i, USB flash drive for totally legit purposes, I promise, and the 8bitdo retro receiver that lets me use my switch controller as a gamecube controller.
- The only way I could top this is more retro receivers to fill the rest of the GC controller ports.
- Can someone explain how whenever I go into the Lunala fight of my DAs more often than not if I'm on one life I have a higher chance of succeeding than I do when I go into it on four??? 😭

- My car had a massive oil leak for a while, I'm talking needing to put 4-4.5 quarts in it every week, and we finally found where it was leaking from, the oil filter had a crack in it, thank god that it was just the filter because I would have passed out if it was a big leak somewhere else.
