Soup done!
Made a grilled cheese sammich to go along with it.
Came out well, all things considered. I think I needed to roast the tomatoes more and use less pepper- soup tastes more like a pepper soup with a lot of tomatoes in it, other than a tomato soup.
Still, was tasty.

Forgot the onions, but added it on the sheet before it baked too long.
Will report on how it turns out.
As someone living in a cold place right now, I'm going to need you to ship me a bowl of that posthaste
