Lord Whitmore Reans
🏴🇪🇺🇬🇧Misanthrope, living in two places in Staffordshire. I don’t have a home. I just have two places where I sleep. I like dogs. I make things. One day I will finally catch up with #TheArchers.

- When did ‘Roy of the Rovers’ get Mangafied?
- 😍 We used to have a small dog made out of strips of woven cigarette boxes. Something like this. Except it was made from Woodbine & Park Drive boxes.
- Plaited basketry is a technique used where materials are easily made into long ribbon-like strips, such as palm leaves, bamboo, birch bark & cane. In our 2-day workshop with Polly Pollock, learn how to make a small basket based on 'elbow baskets' made by the Choctaw people in SE USA. bit.ly/4bRR2QO
- lil’ sis’ asked me to record some things for my nephew at bed time. So far I have recorded A A Milne ‘James James Morrison Morrison.’ Along with the classic 20thC poetry of Mr Kilmister of the modern beat combo’ Motörhead. ‘The Ace of spades’. I shall do ‘Matty Groves’ next. I need some more ideas.
- /cc @lordlambley.bsky.social apparently it’s national Golden Retriever day. Give Paddy an ear scruffle from me.
- There are some mad sports out there. Friend just had Side car motocross turn up in her YouTube feed for some reason. What a bunch of nutters!
- I saw a quote about Mid-western farmers demanding a bailout for Trumps Soya bean tariff fiasco that led to China buying from Argentina: “People that shoot themselves in the foot don’t deserve Kevlar socks.” 😀
- “So *that’s* an etching! It’s not what Mr White showed me!”
- Forgot the bloody #tag again didn’t I? #GirlsOwnCC

- #SundayPix #SundayPixDistance An archery target with a lot of arrow in the red & gold rings. Only a distance of about 30’. Indoors so I didn’t have to correct for windage. Grouped close enough that. You’d be dead or at the very least be cautious about getting much closer :)
- #SundayPix #SundayPixDistance The castle in friend’s village seen at a distance from the bottom of the valley.
