- I think I've found a new balance with how I want to do my line work. It's actually saved me time! I can use a nice solid untapering brush for my outlines, and the softer, fuzzier, watercolor brushes for unrefined details. I love how it looks! 🥹 Also found a pointing-arrow brush and couldn't resist.

- We already have a schism in LGBTQ+ regarding treatment of womens' sexuality in gay spaces. (gays who say "ew" at the mention of pussy; you are the problem.) Much the same in the fandom; the misogynistic element has always been there and, to my eye, hasn't lessened at all. Just reshaped.
- Right now, young and old furries alike are struggling to accept the influx of dog and horse pussy in art, because to them, it's too close to reality. I'm old enough to remember when dog and horse cocks were seen as problematic in the fandom, so I know in time this too shall pass.

- Speepnt! I tried my old line art brush and wasn't loving it, so I ended up redoing all the lines! Also if shadows are the absence of something, why do they have so much power in art?! Gonna do some experimenting in the near future with blending my lines in an leaning more on shadows and highlights.
