- Well folks, Indiana’s newest electrified railroad will officially open on March 30, 2026.
- Had a rider today who got on and asked if I remembered her. I couldn’t say that I did, but she said when she was homeless in 2024 on a frigid Thanksgiving, I had let her stay on the bus for my entire 8hr shift so she could stay warm.
- She’s now employed and renting a house just a few blocks from mine. We may not remember those small acts of service to others, but the ripples they create can change someone’s life for the better. Keep being awesome, Indy. Keep being No Mean City.
- Another data center dead (for now) in Indianapolis
- what a photo
- If you’re not from Indy- important to understand that these protests largely occurred in Indy’s more affluent suburbs, including the conservative stronghold of Noblesville. Also, as a former student of Jagga Rent, go fuck yourself. Students have a right to protest fascist regimes.
- One Week Away from our February Service Changes: 🚏More Frequent 26 Service on Sunday 🏃Less stressful connections downtown for Route 5 & 6 riders ⏱️Minor timing adjustments to routes 8, 10, 90, 92 to improve on time performance
- Spoke to one of my riders who has been homeless for a while, and who I had pointed in the direction of Englewood CDC last week for housing assistance. On Monday, she’ll move into her new townhome with her daughter on the Near Eastside.
