- Long run today; not as long as I wanted but 2 hours is better than nowt. Some fresh snow with occasional sheet ice underneath made for ‘interesting’ going! For a runner, these winter months are maintenance only; most trails snowbound or icy so hard to do meaningful intensity. Roll on spring!
