- I hope the children are still memorizing plays and poems in school. I’m about to make my child do it with me, just to be sure.
- squelch is the best word. wow.
- THAT is what gets me. Why did you type your inquiry into this app instead of into Google?
- We had the good fortune of learning research without the internet, in libraries with curated books. These kids are not living in that world.
- So…teaching this has to start as soon as children have their first fact-gathering assignment. Where did you find that info? Who created that website? How can you tell it’s a reasonably reliable source? Scrutinizing sources is a whole separate piece of literacy I fear many adults haven’t mastered.
- I’m so curious what they’re teaching in most schools these days.
- could be tons of things—learning that emotion is viewed as weakness, feeling smothered by your need to hear every single thing they’re feeling (to soothe your anxiety more than to help). who knows. everyone needs therapy. that’s all that’s certain.
- LMFAO HE DID. he grabbed my arm, walked me to the mirror, and said “okay tell me what you see.” I am absolutely sick.
- I’m wearing a button down shirt and jeans, thinking I’m just calm and casual…and my child asks me if I’m going to the stable??????
- “It’s nice, but it’s a cowgirl vibe” was uttered. I’m going to put on a sweatsuit.
- there is no app that knows me better.
