- UBC has so many museums wtf. I went to the Museum of Anthropology like 8 years ago and would love to go back, but there's also a museum of earth sciences and the Beaty Biodiversity Museum there too aaa And they all have different operating hours and days oh no
- I rehoused my baby G. pulchripes today, the freebie sling I got at last year's reptile show. It's wild that it's already been a year and it's so small. I'm so used to my birdeater who just EXPLODED in size. I wasn't even sure this lil dude would survive since it was so small.
- I might need to rehouse my G. pulchra soon since I saw them out of the den this week which means they FINALLY molted, but I haven't seen them long enough to tell if they actually need it or should go another molt before I size up the enclosure.

- I also painted a tanager that my friend photographed in Costa Rica this week just using the regular watercolor markers with no additional water. #ghostarts #birds
- Brush tip markers make it a little tricky sometimes to avoid overlapping color areas I don't mean to overlap, I need to work on my hand stability more Ye olde shaky hands are a challenge sometimes
- Played with some intense colorshift watercolors I got from an artist on Etsy and it turned out SIIIIICK The colorshift is the background, then I used a plain black watercolor marker to do the trees and I wasn't expecting it to show through like that but it's even cooler for it #ghostarts

- Aaaa my G. pulchra molted and finally reemerged ♥ Still such a lil guy but I think I should rehome them and my G. puchripes while they're both between molts since the latter REALLY needs it.
- "Hey Ghost? Any idea why it smells like gasoline downstairs in the office?" No, but we had some contractors working out front and I know the building's air intake is on the front wall so it's prolly that. "O okay" Later someone else comes out like "why is it starting to smell like gasoline upstairs"
- I follow my nose and find a generator stored downstairs near our utilities closet and I'm like "well there's the problem but why" Kick it outside to air out, go take care of smth in another building. Come back. Clock the switch turned to "On" which had the fuel line open the whole time
- Turns out the person we let use it today PROMISED to return it with that turned off but forgot and had left it on and was letting all that fragrant toxic slutch offgas into our office building. Still so glad I continue to evade being stuck back downstairs again lol
