- 2 years ago, I was trying to wrap my head around critical policy analysis & asking @alangorman.bsky.social all the questions...😜 So, it's particularly satisfying to have this critical analysis of teacher induction policy in Ireland published. @dcuioe.bsky.social zenodo.org/records/1441...
- I'm re-reading this months later and still can't make sense of the sample size. 4 DEIS schools were consulted by the OECD as part of this review. 4 out of the 1,193 DEIS schools in the country. That's 0.3%. In a review commissioned by the Min for Ed. #edchatie www.irishtimes.com/ireland/educ...

- Visited one of our wonderful BEd3 students today.... the gas thing about being in an Infant classroom, especially during Aistear, is that the children assume I'm another teacher and love to come and show me their work. Sometimes they even give me presents. 😊 @dcuioe.bsky.social
- Like, obviously, I *am* another teacher but when on a school visit, I have to fight the temptation to go and play in the sand pit... 😆
- Nice one
