- “The kind that will tear another demon into pieces if they act out enough…” He casually mentions as violence wasn’t something foreign to his hands. “Don’t worry, you’re safe…” He smirks. “I usually go after hardened criminals that normal authorities can’t even pursue since they’re not human.”
- “Yeah… They figured to keep the monsters in check, use a worse monster.” He chuckles faintly. “Yeah my friend says I have that sort of face that looks like I’m up to no good. Sounds kinda stereotypical but it’s not completely untrue.”
- "Well kinda, not that long... I didn't start doing this because I wanted to; I got into trouble and was roped into this. But also, some demons just cause headaches by coming here, and it just inconveniences." He explains. "But I guess peacekeeping is the right word."
- "Oh yeah, there are certain regions, and cities were demons and other non-humans just live among people, some use magic or their natural ability to take on human disguises, and others like me are mixed with humans." "A person walking past could be a non-human just going about their business."
- "Bad people?" To say any city was full of good decent people would ignorant, and he hadn't heard any rumours about his destination. "What happened to you?" Zack can tell this person wasn't a threat and if they seemed uneasy, scared even.
- "Kinda, there's an actual official group that handles, demon hunters, sentries, people with magic as a lot of the non-humans who live here have to follow rules... I mostly take care of stragglers or specific individuals since I'm half demon."
- "Just keeping an eye on demons who are known for causing trouble... Since we live in a blended world but most humans aren't aware of demons and other non-humans living among them." "Some demons come here looking to cause trouble... Since this city has a high populate of demons."
- Zack's interest was peeked as this individual was trying to escape from the distant city. "Yeah, I came from the far north direction. There's business I have in the city before heading past to the next region." He explains to the other. "Why were you trying to get away from the city?"

[This post could not be retrieved] - “Hmm… I do odd jobs here and there mostly I keep demons in line that find their into this city, or another hostile non-humans. Security stuff… I work at a bar sometimes.” He replies. “I mostly keep to myself. Not a people person, when in large groups anyway.”
- “Minding your own business… In the middle of a vast desert with no one around but me.” He pauses before lowering his guard. “I take it since you’re not following me. You’re heading towards that city?” He gestured to direction of the city in the distance as there was nothing else around for miles.
- To his surprise Zack sees a strange man stumbling out of his hiding spot. For a split second he reached for a sword but when he couldn’t sense any malice or intent from the other, and the meekness in his voice. He stops himself. “Hey…” He replies in a bit of an awkward tone.
- Sensing someone nearby, made Zack stop in his tracks, the winds making his cloak sway in the wind, as he removed his hood. He glances around, his eyes stopping the direction where he could sense a person. Though he could not sense any malice or violent intent. “Hello?!” He yells out.

- “Alright then.” Alex replies as he takes the one of cans offered to him by Kyle. “Thanks.” It was cool to the touch, as he cracks the top open. And takes a long sip from the can, he always did find alcohol refreshing and he didn’t much of preference for them.
- "Cool... And I get that, work usually has me spending time away from work more than I'd like to." Alex says taking a seat on the other's couch. Of course his 'job' wasn't the normal kind, and it always had being away from home for long periods of time.
- Alex mimics his action, taking off his shoes and leaving them by Kyle's door, walking further into the apartment. "It's fine, as long as it's home and feels like it for you, then that's all that matters." He replies to the other, it didn't matter that it wasn't too big as long as he was happy.

- Alex chuckles at the other's comment as he continues to follow him out of the elevator towards his apartment door. "Hmm... Nice place. You got here?" Alex's eyes slowly scanned the interior of Kyle's apartment. It all looked cozy, and Kyle took care of it.
- “Oh don’t worry, I’m not the kind of guy to go bed with someone I just met an hour ago… A perfect stranger, anything could happen.” Alex chuckles, crossing his arms and smirking at the other. “I’d make ya work for it, and after a few more interactions and getting a better feel of a person.”
- “So don’t worry about it… I know when someone’s flirting or just trying to get me to bed.”
- “Sure thing! I’d love to hang out more with ya, and we can eat all the time too!” Kazuki was excited at premise of spending more time with his new friend. “What other stuff do you like doing other than food or adventuring as a pirate.”
- "Yeah, that's a more like making friends with benefits rather than just friends." Alex chuckles as that didn't too far off from some of his past partners, one night stands, so he wasn't judging the other, he just found it amusing. He steps inside the elevator with Kyle.

- "Okie-dokie, I'll get right on it." He says following his instructions and began to removing items from the pantry organising it, checking what was the older items and putting them to one side. It doesn't take long until it's empty, he then grabs some items to clean the inside and gets to work.
- "Alright then, lead the way..." Alex follows the other putting out his cigarette, making it disappear in a puff of red smoke. "Not sure how much help I can be, again I only just the hang of friends and being nice..." Alex could recall how hostile, from giving death glares to starting fights!
- "Oh yeah I got no plans but to chill and try and stay out of trouble..." Alex says as he doesn't mind hanging out with this stranger. He can't help but chuckle a little at the other's words. "Never thought I had someone asking me of all people to teach them how to be friendly... But sure."
- "Oh I do, but I'm not much of a beer fan, I like stronger spirits... But thanks for the offer." Alex says taking another puff from his cigarette. "So what brings you out here, picking up some stuff from the convenience store?"
- "And you clearly don't know me... And I'm not a child in the middle of kindergarten to resort to name calling." Alex smirks as that was a childish thing that he was beneath him. "I regret a lot of things... But this interaction won't be one of them." He assures the other before.
- Kosuke smiles. "Well I got interested in cooking, so I'm trying out a recipe I found..."
- "There ya go... Something positive." There was the ever so slightest hint of sarcasm in his voice. "Besides there's nothing about you that would make me scream or run, I've seen far more intimidating people..." "You seem harmless to me. But again since I'm not what you'd call a normal guy."
- “You’re welcome. This has been a real fun day… It’s been fun hanging out with you.” Kazuki just smiles as he had really enjoyed the time spend with Luffy.
- “Neither was I, I was convinced for most of my life that I wouldn’t make friends and I didn’t need them… But some people can’t bear the loneliness, it can be suffocating…” “And yeah it’s hard to be accepted if you’ve done certain things… Hurting people, killing, being a ‘half breed abomination’”

- "Ha, none taken... I thought the same thing too. He was one of the first people to beat me in a fight, and we were far from friends... I hated him, and I wanted to beat him." Alex smiles faintly. "But even though he kicked my ass, he was one of the kindest people, so human..." He adds.
- "But in a good way, always ready to help out, strong and loyal... He treated like a person, not a monster, or just a demon, or some punk... And he kept trying to offer his hand, his friendship and after a while he just wore me down I guess." "He humbled me I guess... And made me want to change."

- “Oh I wouldn’t recommend it… Unless you live a life of solitude or with others like you with abnormal lifespans… Watching people you love and care age while you remain unchanged is hard…” He explains to the other as he knew at some point his aging would slow down.
- “I look my age and once I reach a certain point I’ll age slower. But it’s a mental choice I could choose to stay young like this, or wait another decade or two to hasten the process.”
- “Whoa, I’m not that old… Yeah demons including half bloods like have a longer lifespan. But I’m like 24 right now. Born in this day and age.” “I’ll might live to 100-200 years, and that’s along as I keep my human side…” he explains as full blood demons could I’ve for several centuries.
- "Oh yeah, a lot of them think like that. Humans, too. It's striking how, despite their opinions on each other, they're more similar than they realize." Alex smiles, glancing up at the night sky, occasionally glancing over at the other.
- "I've had my fair share of bad encounters with both races, despite being in the middle of them." "You should be wary of potential enemies, but also not judge a book by its cover... And, most demons are influenced by humans and vice versa, the original sin and all that."
