Mendelian inheritance of green/yellow cotyledons and purple/green stems in B. rapa. We can't score these phenotypes perfectly, but it's still a great opportunity to talk about inheritance & Hardy Weinberg Equilibrium w/students. Also, it's always amazing to see flower buds nestled within cotyledons!
