- Reposted by DaddySaysSoThis is great advice! I think a lot of people struggle to overcome their cringe aversion but sometimes committing for a few mins is all you need. Drool out of your paci. Play with your toes in the air while on your back. Babble a little. Smile and try to have fun. It becomes more natural.
