- 4 days until showtime! After 6 months of Supernatural workouts, I'm living proof that VR fitness can work. I also don't feel like I'm dying this time around. 165→152lbs, feeling strong & ready. Next stop: spray tan appointment in a few days! 😅
- Quick check in because this week is busy, busy. Home stretch! Down another lb so calories/macros staying the same. Supernatural has still been as motivating as ever. Its now down to practicing poses, and praying my hair/tan/makeup appointments stay booked and no surprises.

- 18 days out! Lost 0.8lbs (not quite 1) so AI lowered my cals another smidge. Despite a night of binge drinking during AWE - still on track. Also kept to my 6 @getsupernatural workouts! Posing routine also locked in, most poses held for 30-60+ secs but kept it short for the vid.
- Day 2 at #AWE2025 brought a MR piano game, breath-powered meditation, and the best treadmill I've tried yet. Here's what stood out 🧵
- Piano Cafe is adorable! Plug your digital piano into Quest via MIDI and learn chords through MR gaming. Two difficulty modes - hard removes the key overlays for real challenge. Not sure how well it'll teach piano but it's incredibly fun if you have one!
- Tried Infinity Speak's Flowborne Spirit - loved the OG version years ago and this new game is beautiful. Breath-powered VR meditation with new locations, enhanced music, and deeper relaxation experiences. Just launched on Quest last week! Perfect for stress relief.
- Found my favorite VR treadmill yet! XelerateVR's ball-bearing omnidirectional system feels natural from the start. Played Skyrim VR and it was incredible - no special shoes needed, just low-tread soles. Coming to both consumer and arcade markets!
