- (i don't like talking about myself on main) one of my best friends randomly asked me to start playing it with them so I did. i was never really an mmo guy so I didnt expect to play it for long. eventually our whole friend group got pulled into it and we played for around a month until we fizzled out
- I don't like to doom scroll on here especially with my current reality eating away myself from the inside. FF14 is a way for me to take my mind from this depressing time, and has helped move forward as the spark in the dark. To you players, what/who was your motivation to keep playing? #wolqtd
- then I was unemployed for a period of a few months, the only time I've been unemployed in over a decade. i was at a really low point and needed something to distract me, so i picked the game back up and played from morning to night, at least 12 hours a day, for weeks. i think it only took me a month
- to get from post-arr all the way through to post-shadowbringer, and then endwalker was released a few weeks after. eventually as i played through it, my friends started to pick it up again and we all just fell in love with it. I've been sticking around ever since
- all my friends hate me (theyre not feeling good so they went to bed early) so its time to start the goat
