I renounce all of my criminal justice reform priors. Taking a photo of any kind in a public restroom? Straight to jail for no fewer than 30 days.
- Upon release, you are restricted to a dumb phone with no camera. Taking a photo in a private restroom? First offense is a misdemeanor, same dumb phone restriction. Further offenses? Jail.
- Also a misdemeanor with escalating punishment: car selfies. Why are people so obsessed with taking pictures of themselves in cars? Selfie video in a car? Straight to jail. Video selfie of any kind overlaying your face on someone else’s video? Jail.
