- Cocktail Recipe: Smoke the glass in a shaker without ice, pour: 2 oz blanco tequila 0.25 oz amaro 0.5 oz lime juice 1.5 oz grapefruit juice 2 drops of 20% saline solution 1 oz egg white dry shake, add ice, shake till cold remove smoker strain cocktail add ice top with soda
