- its 2am and im going through my photo reel to remind myself that there are many things to keep smiling for
- throwback.... niteharts fest before it was niteharts fest <<<<333 need more isoxo fans on bsky like yesterday :'(
- i got my friend into the 4evr popup show by moving some pixels around in the QR code to make a fake ticket, and somehow it scanned
- another one of julian, under the freeway in san diego
- once every year or so, I will look back at my hometown and reminisce on my childhood. I had to say goodbye to everything when my parents divorced... we moved because it was no longer affordable. crazy how its such a common story for people growing up after the recession.
- I'll go and look at my old home in street view sometimes. Whoever is living there now hasn't really changed the place at all, but I will mourn the day if whoever is next either demolishes it or renovates it to be unrecognizable.
- idk, it's sooo sad. the inland empire has changed SO much since I had to say goodbye to it all those years ago. the lands that I used to look out on while my mom drove are now full of amazon warehouses. time really does keep marching hahaha. </3
- new wellness center at my workplace :D
- this renegade was actually insane: i left early so there was nobody to help me down the mountain… i just ran it by myself in the dark. there were coyotes lurking about & yipping and i just know it was not the safest thing to do. ran the whole 20 mins back to my car. rave was cool as hell tho LOL

- full 8 hours of sleep, im about to make the most out of this monday 💪
- on da train ama
- not super often, I’ve taken them a few times up and down from LA to SD or SF. also on vacations; did a train from london to amsterdam favorite mode is train, actually. checks a lot of boxes: leg space, fast, smooth ride, charging ports. if we had more of them I would definitely be using them.
- there were a few that I was a part of but the main two I did the most in were girl scouts and cross country! I got a ton of patches & sold a lot of cookies. in CC I made it to 1st team and got 1st place in my division for multiple races :D (I want to start running again)

View full threadactually I haven’t yet! i listened to one of @ainissaramirez.bsky.social’s talks when i was in high school & it totally captivated me (read alchemy of us!). that + being able to do microscopy & relate nanostructure to macroscopic behavior in my research has consistently been enjoyable.
