WWE’s Borg like approach to the assimilation of pro-wrestling was done so people thought the idea of wrestling and WWE were one and the same. It’s like if Disney’s path of destruction continued to the point where people thought all films were Disney etc. The whole mentality of WWE is toxic.
One thing this shines a light on is just how much damage the fed has done to wrestlings image on a larger scale. So many people are saying "the right lost wrestling" but thats based on 30+ yrs of outdated tropes and stereotypes. The right never had AEW. 🤼
