Not sure its his point, but I came away thinking that maybe Hayekian epistemology as a deep ideological foundation of tech/capitalism/governance partly is superseded by a much less sophisticated quasi-Schumpterian ideology of innovation, and the politics of "planning" therefore means something new?

I’m not sure what GenAI introduces that’s new. I don’t think it’s the key tech revolution in our times—the energy transition is.
