- Couldn't sleep, so I got the 2 pounds of peeled garlic I bought, removed the ends, and minced it all up (pull-string food chopper - it's FUN), and froze it in cubes. Everything smells delicious, b/c I love garlic and it's in the air now. My dogs are staring at me, lol.
