- Just experienced the worst customer service from @giffgaffnetwork.bsky.social. Ordered a new phone on special offer (£90 off), DPD lost it after attempting delivery to the wrong address, and now GiffGaff refuse to send a replacement and say I’ll have to pay the extra £90 if I want a new phone 🤬🤬🤬Aug 29, 2025 18:12
