- When people claim to be a "good christian" to me that means they are not to be trusted with anything. I grew up in a Southern Baptist household in Alabama in the 60's & 70's, had an uncle who was a preacher and I know who those people are.
- The "good christians" I grew up around we ku kluxxers, lynching pick-nick attendees, abusers of every sort, thieving church officials, cheating husbands and wives, in short they were mostly every type of person you would expect church goers not to be if you took their faith on face value.
