- Reform UK hosted 15 year old boys at Weatherspoons pub in Folkestone this weekend. Bought them chips and drinks. There is a very targeted ongoing campaign to enroll youth into their party.

Providing family and friends the opportunity to resolve problems before the state gets more heavily involved.

The % of those children in kinship foster care with relatives or friends continues to rise - now 16.3%. But this remains much lower than in other nations
