- There are so many things about the decades of institutional knowledge the animation industry holds about Flash. Or the impact its rendering and toolset has shaped the CULTURE, not just of animation but my entire generation. SO MANY THINGS I want to say but it’s just all the same complaints again
- Starfleet Academy is actually pretty good
- Like, I have some structural and film making style complains about the show. I think the pacing is kinda weird (they have a whole hour and i think they only need 40mins) the editing feels a little wonky and the dialogue is sometimes very trite (the MC literally says "I'm going to do a thing")
- But I see a lot of the actual real critiques of nutrek being addressed well. They're developing the whole cast, not just the main character. They're putting in bits of the star trek universe without shamelessly nostalgia baiting. they're solving problems with science not just phasers. It's p. good!!
