This is rubbish.
- Now watching: Together #filmsky
- 15 minutes in and this is already kinda fun.
- This isn't winter, man. This is spring. As great as this is, I feel like we're in for a rough Summer. Low snow pack can't be good for our summer water supply.
- "You raised $650K from an angel investor? Is the angel investor your mom or your dad." "My dad. Lol. Can he be my dad? Sheesh.
- 'I want to be remembered as a winner. But not just anywhere. Here. To be in this city during a Cup run, to feel that buzz … it just wouldn’t be the same somewhere else.' As a lifelong Oilers fan, it pains me to say this; I don't see it happening in Edmonton www.theplayerstribune.com/connor-mcdav...
- We had our shot. Back to back finals but Florida had our number.
- Me: Hey there's this problem. It's an easy fix but it will happen again. Manager: Ok A week later: Manager: OMG what is this? Me: I told you about it last week. 🤷🏻♂️
- Every time I see a story about how an actor takes less money to make sure other crew members get paid a little more, I think cool that's nice, but at the same time the studio is all, "Lol ok." Cause it's not like their budget changes any.
- Those Jubilee debates are stupid but I do admit it's amusing to see Republicans advocate for leftist policies in an attempt to own the other person in the debate. Saw a woman complain they shouldn't be paying for condoms in Africa and instead should pay for healthcare for Americans. She's all:

- That's because they allowed Texas to use their gerrymandered maps.🤷🏻♂️
- How healthy is the local condo market? My lender told me of a client that bought a presale condo at $1.7M, now that they have to get a mortgage, the appraisal came back as $1.4M. 😬 The person is thing of backing out and losing their deposit. This is just one presale... Yeah.
- Also, many investors that had multiple properties cannot hold onto them and are looking to exit the rental market. So if you're looking to buy a condo, wait. Things will get worse and folks will get desperate to sell.
- Superman underperformance comment aside, Ted Sarandos speaking about the 45 day theatrical window was spot on. It's a moving target. When you get a film like Sinners that has legs, you stretch that window. I find most films make all the money they're really going to make well before 45 days.
