- Psyching myself up to go to get an x-ray. Can’t make an appointment. It’s walk-in only. They advise getting there asap & waiting. <deep breaths> Tomorrow is going to be the day. Maybe bringing a book to read instead of social media will help. (What if there’s a blizzard?)
- So sad to learn of Catherine O’Hara’s passing.
- I am one of those people who can’t eat when anxious/nervous. If I have an appointment or am taking someone else to an appointment, I only START to feel hungry when it’s over. I marvel that my husband can wolf down a full breakfast while I maybe just nibble a piece of toast, if that.
- Echocardiogram consult complete - he’s starting congestive heart failure. Medications started.
