- This evening while browsing FB I learned my home town back in Wales has turned some offices into accommodation for asylum seekers. I’ve never been more disappointed in my home town community as I have tonight reading their reactions on Facebook.
- The racism and ignorance they are showing not to mention (I’m going to call it what it’s) stupid moronic uneducated takes of how the system works
- To top it all off to try and justify their racism they are all sharing a story from some women’s Facebook page in Manchester who is claiming her child was “attacked” by immigrants in Heston park. After deep diving into this story I’m 99.9% it didn’t happen.
- It’s sad and depressing to see this close to home example of just how online misinformation and hate spreads. Plus after reading through the comments I never realised how many people in my home town need basic English reading and writing lessons.
