Fantastic reporting from Lingling Wei and Alex Leary- a welcome contrast to the doomer hellscape that BS can be. Useful in that it assigns rationality to recent actions (“Cruelty is the Point” never did it for me) and stays away from speculating whether or not it’s a good idea.
