- The courts have reaffirmed what the law clearly says: Trump cannot block Members of Congress from inspecting ICE detention sites. Transparency ensures accountability.
- Health care costs are now Americans’ top worry — even ahead of groceries & rent. Families shouldn’t have to think twice about seeing a doctor. Republicans should work with us to immediately reinstate the ACA tax credits & lower the cost of prescription drugs with price negotiation.

- I joined Rep. Rick Larsen to condemn the illegal "renovations" the President is planning to make to the Kennedy Center: “The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts is a cherished American institution that doubles as a monument to the 35th President of the U.S.
- “Any attempts to remodel or remake this beloved cultural center must be coordinated with Congress, the Board of Trustees, and other relevant parties.
- “Unfortunately, it appears that President Trump is instead charging ahead with a ham-handed attempt to unilaterally remake the Kennedy Center in his own image. This is as unlawful as it is distasteful.”
- Trump is pre-rigging the system so losing doesn’t mean leaving. He is laying the legal traps now to challenge, toss, or take over election outcomes later. Officials at every level of government should take this blatant election interference seriously, including Congress.
- This weekend's Asian Festival in Mesa brought the city together with live music, food, and cultural performances. Mesa’s Asian-American community is a huge part of our city's story and helps define who we are. There's nowhere else I'd rather be to ring in the Year of the Horse.
- I just voted against additional funding for DHS. The Arizonans I represent are sick of the violence and chaos playing out across the country. Masked agents are acting in ways that are illegal and dangerously escalatory, threatening the safety of our communities. It's got to stop.
- Republicans in Congress need to work with Democrats to rein in this agency operating without regard for the law.
