- Did this happen on “Small boulder the size of a large boulder” Day?

- This was BS. Tuesday alley collections weren't completed Thursday. They weren't completed Friday either. We all know this was an unprecedented storm, and getting everything back on track will probably take all month. Don't piss on my shoes and tell me it's raining. The shitty communication sucks.
- This is the route through Benjamin Banneker Park from the L’Enfant Plaza metro station to The Wharf. Our next mayor needs to change how we handle maintenance of NPS property during winter *unilaterally.* DC needs to shovel this stuff, because NPS will *never* do it. Fuck them, keep a running tab.
- When you sign in to the free WiFi at Franklin Park, this is what you get for the sign-in screen. Might want to fix this, @downtowndc.org.web.brid.gy
- Came all the way out to Reston Town Center to catch this exhibit of pumice gel pieces by Wayson Jones at Tephra’s auxiliary space (an apartment building lobby). First time at Reston Town Center for me. Wish I could afford one of these. Thanks for the tip, @wcp.bsky.social
- It’s kind of amazing to me that someone would use an app to track bus arrival, but then get on the bus and not pay fare. Look, we need to make buses free at point of use yesterday. The majority already treat the system as if that is reality.
- “Among other things” is either the biggest DGAF statement or some serious shade. I cannot really tell.
- Tonight’s beer is from just south of the Catskills.
- I finally watched the entire interview while making dinner. I’ve watched the recitation of the speech at least 7 times today. Yes, everyone should watch it!
- The bobcat parade just went down Oates Street NE. Nine of them, following one F-250 with a plow attachment.
