- 29 degrees F when I left my place this morning to start my run. It felt like like summer out there running in the sun! More of this, please.
- Shocker! Democrats aren't doing anything? I am so surprised! Democrats Aren’t Reining in ICE. Here’s How They Could. jacobin.com/2026/02/demo...
- I don't know, but maybe just make a great browser and not shove AI into it, @mozilla.org? I know you don't care what any of us think, and I'm just wasting my time, so... blog.mozilla.org/en/firefox/a...
- I am so disappointed with so many companies that I used to consider privacy and security defending companies, jumping on the AI bandwagon. In my latest search for a new search engine, I found that most, not all, but most, are now pushing AI.
- Well, I switched back to @startpage.com for my search after a few years of using @duckduckgo.com, but then almost immediately read that they launched their own AI service. What fucking search engine can I use that doesn't use AI? This is just utterly ridiculous.
- Okay, I know about DDG and noai. They are still pushing AI so I'm not going to use their service.
- Victim blaming at its best (or worst?). Utterly ridiculous.
- We all know that Democrats in Washington will do none of this. They'll just sit by and continue to let it happen. They've already shown all of us what they're made of.
- This is such bullshit. AI is loaded with ethical issues. We all know what those issues are but yet companies are still shoving it into everything they create and then forcing it on people who want nothing to do with it. I removed Firefox from all of my hardware.
- There’s a lot of concern and anger about AI, and rightfully so. We agree. We also know that AI is much more than just generative AI; its increasingly core internet infrastructure, which we can’t just ignore. Our perspective is to be in the fight for openness, privacy and more. stateof.mozilla.org
- Fuck Bezos. Fuck Amazon. Yes, I know that he is no longer involved in the day to day running of Amazon but he still makes a shit ton of money off of it.
