- Of course! Since you hired us to file your LLC’s formation, we updated your company name as soon as you selected an available option.
- We try to make things easier for you, so when you reach out to us and we get you verified (because privacy is our default) we can make any changes to your account for you.

- ❓Real Client Questions | 🅰️ Real Human Answers I went ahead and filed my New York Biennial Statement on my own. Can you cancel the Renewal Service?
- Yes, we have a self-serve option so you can cancel Renewal Service if you would prefer to file on your own. Even if you aren't using the service, we'll still keep you up to date on important reminders.
- We created our Renewal Service to help take state compliance filings off your to do list. One of the many benefits to hiring us for renewals is that you can rely on our awesome team of experts to complete your biennial statement with speed and accuracy.
- Plus, you don't have to put down your private info and don't have to stress about potential fines if you miss a deadline. We're pretty good at what we do and you can count on us to help protect your business!
- ❓Real Client Questions | 🅰️ Real Human Answers I recently added another member to the company, does she need to be included in the renewal filing request? If so, is there a way to update the request I just approved?
- Yes. If you're in a state that requires member information to be listed, and if the renewal filing requires member or ownership details, any new member should be included. And yes, the request you just approved can be updated.
- We can adjust the filing before it’s submitted or make a correction if it’s already in progress. This is exactly where having a registered agent pays off. Changes happen. Businesses grow. Members get added.

- ❓Real Client Questions | 🅰️ Real Human Answers Would you mind reminding me what comes with the the Virtual Office Service? Does that includes the Phone Service? Thanks for letting me know.
- We’re happy to clarify! Your Virtual Office includes a Business Address with a unique suite number, a lease agreement, unlimited Mail Scanning, as well as Phone Service.
- This makes it easy to keep your business and personal life separate, so you can maintain privacy while still looking professional.
- It’s a great way to have a professional presence without needing a physical office, giving your business credibility from day one. www.northwestregisteredagent.com/business-add...
- ❓Real Client Questions | 🅰️ Real Human Answers Now that I have my Wyoming LLC, I wish to form 2 Louisiana LLCs to own separate properties with the Wyoming LLC as the holding company. Anything special I need to do?
- Something special? Not particularly. Basically the process for forming these new companies will be the same as when you formed your holding company. The only difference is you’ll list the owner as the Wyoming LLC instead of your individual name. Pretty simple, actually.
- Once your Louisiana LLCs are active, you can work on getting EINs for them. An EIN is going to be required if you’re opening a business bank account as well as tax and closing purposes. Then you can get started on the home buyer process.
- We know there are a lot of steps to hit that end goal, but we’ll take the state portion and EINs off of your to-do list. That way, you can focus on choosing those properties! And who doesn’t like house shopping?
- ❓Real Client Questions | 🅰️ Real Human Answers Could you please confirm when the NJ annual filing is due for my LLC? Will Northwest be reminding us about this and filing it? #sims #smallbusiness

- ❓Real Client Questions | 🅰️ Real Human Answers I didn't pay for the last annual registration of my business in Florida state. If I decided to pay now and bring it back to active status, is this something you guys could help with? Thank you
- Yes. If your Florida business missed its annual registration and needs to be brought back to active status, we can help with that.
- When an annual report isn’t filed in Florida, the state will administratively dissolve the business, but it can usually be reinstated by filing the past-due report and paying the required state fees and penalties.

- ❓Real Client Questions | 🅰️ Real Human Answers I'm trying to order a debit card from my bank. Can you ship it to me?
- Of course! You can have your debit card sent to our registered agent address. We'll upload it to your online account and let you know when we receive it. Then, you'll just need to place a request through your online account for us to ship it to you and pay the shipping fees.
- We're more than happy to help out with this one-time shipment, but whenever you need more, we have different mailing options to suit your needs! We make it easy for you to expand your business, protect your privacy, and scan your mail the same day it arrives.
- ❓Real Client Questions | 🅰️ Real Human Answers I have a question for you. In the registered agent letter you provided, one mailing address is listed, but I also see a different address associated with the mail scanning service. For filing purposes, which address should we use?
- Great question! You can use either address for filing purposes. Since your account has both addresses associated with it, any mail sent to either location will be scanned and uploaded into your account, so nothing gets missed.
- This setup is part of our privacy by default approach, keeping your mail secure and centralized while your personal information stays private as your business grows. www.northwestregisteredagent.com/business-add...
