- Happy 2nd #Veganuary As well as the rape, torture and abuse inherent in dairy, by giving up milk and cheese, you are also helping the environment. It takes 21 kilos of CO2 to produce one kilo of cheese – that’s the same as a car driving for 160km. It’s the right thing to do on every level.
